PLOT: Creation for Distruction
The director deals with emotional attachment between Owen(Chris pratt) and Blue(Intelligent raptor dinosaur) . Curiously, dinosaurs in the film obey human’s commands.This plants a new idea in minds of some people so that these dinosaurs can be used as weapons and tankers in wars. The movie revolves around a new dinosaur, Indomino Raptor . The director wants to show that the the genetic technology discovered by humans to create dinosaurs leads to their destruction.The scene that Dr.Malcolm explains the danger to the senate and the twist in the climax will remain easter eggs till the release of third part in 2021.
STORY: Volcanic Eruption Becomes Epicenter
This movie is a sequel to the Jurassic world released in 2015. It deals with the incidents after seizing the Jurassic world amusement park in Isla Nubular island near Costa Rica. There is a volcanic eruption in that island and all dinosaurs there are in a danger of extinction.The government is in dilemma whether to save these creatures or to leave to their fate. On the other hand Dr.Henry Wu wants Blue, the last raptor for his research so Mills(Rafe Spall) calls Claire to ask Owen to catch Blue and save him. But the officer hired by Mills betrays Owen and Claire(Dalls Howard) and the Mills want to move the dinosaurs for open auction. He creats a new dangerous dinosaur species called Indominous raptor with the help of Dr.Henry Wu. This dinosaur escapes and creates havoc . .The movie deals with how the imdomino raptor is controlled and what will be the future of all dinosaurs.
TREATMENT: Dinosaurs Turn Our Eyes Moist
The director makes audience feel the pain and emotions of the dinosaurs.They were in the danger of extinction due to Volcanic eruption and their helplessness is shown in a scene perfectly. Indomino Raptor created by Mills and the doctor creates horror and tries to kill everyone in his way. It is also shown as an intelligent species in some scenes.The climax is intense and dialogues about technology and mankind strikes right into our hearts.
SCREENPLAY : Admixture Thrill and Emotion
The first forty minutes in the island are intense with high action among dinosaurs.The escape of Owen,Claire and Franklin from island make us glued to our seats.The next part of the story in Mills facilitate is bit slow .The pre- climax with Indomino raptor scaring Maize(The grand child of Lockwood) gives us chilling experience.The climax is intense with the twist and a scene which T-Rex roars against a Lion is one of the best scenes in total Jurassic series.
LEAD ROLES :Story Gives Room for Every Actor
Chris Pratt as Owen is the main asset and he proves again why he remains one of the top actors in Hollywood.The emotional scenes between him and raptors are perfect.The child actress who plays as grand child of lockwood does her best. She just lives up in the scenes with Indomino raptor.
CINEMATOGRAPHY : Gigantic size of Dinosaurs Felt
The CGI work is perfect and marvelous in every frame.The dinosaurs are created as they are real before us.The volcanic eruption scenes are visualized perfectly.They never allow us to blink our eyes in watching the beauty of the Jungle even in that ash and dust.
FINAL WORD :
This is a wonderful experience and a visual treat for Hollywood buffs.The narration seems bit routine and some scenes are just lifted from previous movies.This movies is not on par with the first part. Movie is a- one- time- watch for ordinary movie lovers and must watch for Jurassic series and Hollywood buffs.
