‘Yoga is My Morning Raaga’
International yoga day was announced by The United nations in 2015 to be celebrated on 21st of June every year. Yoga is an ancient form of physical practice, originated in India. It rejuvenates human body, brain and heart. The word “Yoga” is derived from Sanskrit language. Yoga helps to eradicate many diseases, health problems and keeps human body healthy.
One such example is Mr.D.L. Sharma, who practices Yoga every morning. Mr. Sharma says “Yoga has become a day to day parcel of my life. It gives me strength, motivation and keeps my body active whole day.” Mr. Sharma is 75 plus and is free from all kind of health issues that come with age, like B.P, Diabetes, Thyroid etc., “I feel very lively, stress-free and young all the time. Yoga gives me the capacity to focus on every kind of work and helps a person to attain the state of tranquility.” says Mr. Sharma who is a very jovial and enthusiastic person.
