He also served as medical director of communications for Medtronic, the inventor of cardiac peacemakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Spencer, who created the story \u201cwho moved my cheese\u201d helps to deal with difficult changes in ones life. He explains how to interpret it and apply it in our live in similar situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The story runs around four characters: The two are mice, named Sniff and Scurry and the other two are little people who are as small as mice but who look and act  like many  people in real lif. They are HEM, HAW. All 4 of them are in a maze and looking for their own special cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Spencer takes the four characters as examples how to face a change in given situations either  professional or personal. He describes four stages as four paramaters to analyze a situation with the help of his pet characters. As they are different and clearly enable as take final decisions with out much fuss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sniff  and Scurry are so active in adapting themselves to every change, as the cheese at station \u201cC\u201d is gets over day by day.  Sniff smells  other station and scurry  runs and they find new station \u201cN\u201d. so, they adapt to change and are happy. Unlike the mice,  Hem and Haw  still remian at the old station \u201cC\u201d though the cheese exhausts. Somehow, Haw realizes and laughs at himself and wonders how foolish  he is and tries to persuadesHem to move on to the other station. But Hem says no as he is comfortable at station \u201cC\u201d and afraid of going out of the same station \u201cC\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haw  accepts the change and triesto adapt to new change and searches for new cheese.&nbsp; Finally, he arrives at station \u201cN\u201d and finds two mice . Hem at the old station falls sick for not having cheese .
