Thrillers Go Well With OTT

Homes have become offices for work, theaters for entertainment, thanks to Covid-19. Over The Top (OTT) platforms have come to stay for screening the latest movies and web series. But here is a rider: Not all genres and themes go well here.

Mr, Ahmed, however, has a point to go with OTT, which is purely economical. He would spend Rs. 2000 to Rs. 3000 on a movie to have this theater experience for him and members of his family. That could be his annual spending on OTT.

                Producers have already made up their minds on OTT budgets and are satisfied with table profits they may likely to get. Revenues flow in two ways now: One through satellite rights and the other OTT rights.
